Leadership Awards
We have some fantastic news to share from the high seas of Sea Scouting. It’s time to celebrate outstanding leadership and dedication within our very own Old North State Council.
We’re thrilled to announce that two of our remarkable Sea Scouts, Katya Withrow and Nick Withrow, have been honored with the prestigious Territory Sea Scout Leadership Award for 2024! This award recognizes Sea Scout youth members and Scouters who have made exceptional contributions at the National, Council Service Territory (CST), and Council levels, all while embodying the core values of the Scout Oath, the Scout Law, and the Sea Scout Promise.
Katya and Nick have truly gone above and beyond, and their dedication to Sea Scouting has shone brightly. They received their awards from CST-15, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements. Their leadership and commitment serve as an inspiration to all of us.
